Been coming to this fish and chip shop for a while now, and must admit. It has not disappointed! Great selection of food and fast, friendly service. Great tasting food and not the greasiness some, similar, establishments suffer from. Reasonable prices and a nice selection on their menu to cater for all your tastes. Thanks!

The best fish and chips in Mid Devon. An award deserving takeaway for the freshness of fish and a delicious batter. The fish & chips are cooked to perfection, with fresh white flakes. The burgers are delicious too. We’re never disappointed. Well done Penguins

Good quality fish and chips, ordered large cod and portion size was enormous. Very fresh and perfectly cooked fish with crispy batter even after the 5 min walk back to the Premier inn!
Only let down by poor ketchup brand, would gladly pay more for Heinz.

past fishbar in afternoon ,came back and got portion of haddock and chips , cooked fresh tasted great , nice and crispy batter and soft fish , chips were good as well. If back in tiverton will definitely came back.

I have lived in Tivvy for @ 10 years and always saw this fish & chip shop takeaway being popular. So we thought we would give it a go and it was the best fish and chips we have in such a long time. The cod was lovely and meaty and the chips were yummy and nothing was too fatty. The staff were very friendly. Will definitely be going again, highly recommend you wont be disappointed

Good fish and chips, although service was very slow due to the size of the shop and covid restrictions. Can't fault the fix, though £14 for 2 x Cod and Chips is perhaps a little on the pricey side.

If your like me and u enjoy a gud fish & chips...then i would highly recommend this place.
Place was clean,staff were very cheerful and bubbly.
