Local secret in Tomah! This restaurant is deceptively amazing, as it has a humble outside, but a very nice, big, and clean inside. Great menu options, from serving items like Mt Dew Zero to a delicious spicy burger. Wish I had room for desert, as those options were very tempting. Great for a family or business setting.

We stopped here because of their extensive online gluten free menu. They had a great variety but the food was nothing special. The French dip was just sliced deli meat. We appreciated the fresh salad bar with two soup offerings. Very nice and clean building and restrooms and our waitress was helpful and friendly.

This visit happened after covid! They had only opened March 2019 and year to the date they were closed by the cdc covid precautions. It was bumpy for them like everyone else through 2020. The seating is spaced well. Atmosphere is awesome. Staff knows their menu and are cheerful. Food was great. They say they of course are digging their way out of the hole but it's coming around. They have a dinning room area, wonderful salad/soup bar, a bar area. Plus a large upstairs for weddings, graduation parties, etc!! Beautiful remodeled older downtown building!! Check it out if your passing through like we did!!!

Ordered a hamburger, was asked if I wanted fries or upgrade to a salad, well I upgraded to a salad. She didn't tell me what it cost I figured it'd couldn't be a whole lot because it's a salad. When I got the bill the so-called upgrade to a salad with $6. Now that seems a little ridiculous. The hamburger was 13 so I paid $19 for an average tasting hamburger a salad. So if you want to spend $20 for an average hamburger a salad this is your place. Maybe I would have given the review two stars if they could have followed the simple instructions, I asked for raw onion but what they gave me was paper thin almost seemed like boiled onion. The other personals with one of the tacos, upgraded for fries to a salad but was charged $4. Makes absolutely no sense. If you go there to eat and you're on the bar side you will notice that it's probably one of the cliquest places around. We keep going there in time after time somehow always seem to be disappointed whether it be the nasty pizza or the horrible prime rib. I don't know why we keep going back but this is probably going to be the last time. Don't get me wrong I'm not cheap when it comes to dining, but I'm not going to pay $19 for a hamburger and a salad.

If I could give a 0 I would. To start off they do not have a drink menu at all! And asking a server what they have is a blank stair and an I don’t know. Something as simple to type up a wine list or beer list on Microsoft word would have been better then no knowledge. I ordered the $18 chicken Alfredo. They boasted house made Alfredo. But served it with CANNED chicken!! It still has the imprints of the can on it. The broccoli was frozen broccoli the chef felt no need to even season with salt with boxed pasta. Definitely not $18 worth of quality food. More like $10. Something equivalent to Fazoli’s. What topped it off was when I ordered a regular cosmo. This is a common drink for any bartender and I said “can I get a cosmo but with 3 olive vodka or anything similar instead of your house vodka?” I was served a “cosmo” with no lime BUT 3 olives on a stick instead. These are basics. The waitress was very sweet but she wa snot knowledgeable at all in her job and when she listed off the foods they do not have on their menu it was larger then what they did have. We will not be returning. I added pictures of the canned chicken imprints and my olives. 1 Olive was eaten. The “chef” should truly go back to being a short order cook at a diner instead of marketing food they clearly cannot cook.
