I wouldn't say the service was rude but definitely not friendly! Would I ever come here again when Starbucks is right opposite? Definitely not even if Starbucks is super busy! The staff who took my order needs better training, she needs to take 10 steps to starbucks to see the difference!

I was working on an important document using their Wifi. And then the Wifi died completely. For 10 minutes I couldn’t connect so I left before losing my work completely.
Please fix your Wifi. People value it, especially if we are paying $3 for drip coffee.

Gave me the food in a bag. The cake was as hard as a rock. The coffee was good. The customer service is -5 stars. The lady was plain rude. The staff is ok but the manager is horrible, (ironic I know). I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The place is cozy and nicely designed. I wish they would clean the tables and chairs from liquid and food. Moreover, as other reviews suggest, customer service is poor. The lady who served me didn't pay attention to my order and kept talking to her co- worker, not smiling, not welcoming absolutely no human connection. Also the beverage I ordered (cappuccino) had no flavor. This place is not my cup of coffee.

Their standard coffee is pretty average. But this Second Cup has the best London Fogs.

The ons star is given for two reasons: politeness of staff and the fact that I can’t give less than that. Coffee was almost cold and has too much cream. Bagel was definitely more than a day old , so stale and cold . Cream cheese was not bad though but definitely not going back there.

This is what I've got! . short weights, got less than one is charged for . Charged for $5.25 and half of it was empty . The customer service is -1 star. Not going back there
