Portico Restaurant And Bar

This is my first spot I'd choose in the area if I need a quiet and private business lunch. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is made from quality ingredients and most things are made in house including the smoked fish. The cocktail lounge is also a nice quiet spot if you're taking a customer for a quick beer and don't need the crazy energy of other restaurants after work.

Went husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary at Portico. This is our thoughts from our bread, to our sugar plum drinks, our incredible soup starter, to our mouth water steak and salad,to our Lindt Chocolate ice cream was Devine. Portions were huge, but perfect. The price was awesome. The only issue we had were the people who came down from the hotel above Portico, they were so loud and did not once stop talking. So it made our romantic night, come to a halt and we decided to rush so we no longer had to listen to them. As the week goes along were rather upset, that when we mentioned the loud people, nothing was done for us as it was our anniversary, everyone else was classy and quiet. We would love to come back and recommend this to our co-workers, family and friends, but after the people literally ruining our dinner as the were they were, loud and disrespectful. rather upset that it was.
