Moxies

Foods are delicious but the service was okay, I mean staff were friendly but they were short staff for sure! Overall was a great experience. We had Fried calamari and guacamole with tortilla chips and they both taste amazing and Salmon and Chicken Alfredo pasta for the main course. Dessert was tremendously great, we got white chocolate and also regular chocolate brownies(sticky toffee pudding) which both come with ice cream, I honestly didn't get the taste of the chocolate in the dark one, it was more like carrot cake to me but as it was moist and fresh I loved it.

With no reservation, I visited Moxies on an impromptu date night and was not disappointed. Only waited about half an hour for a table. Happy hour after nine PM, and half priced tequila shots were perfect for the Friday night out. A Mojito with The Mango chicken, with the avocado and sweet mango sauce was really great, and a gin and tonic for the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni was also a great recommendation by our server Andrés B!, super creamy and not over cooked. Finished off the meal with the sweet crusted, smooth and tart keylime pie.

I had an amazing experience at Moxies Yorkdale yesterday. The customer service was one if the best I ever had. ALANNA WAS BEYOND AWESOME!!!! Her energy was everything and made my niece and I feel like VIPs. She was attentive, personable, approachable, super kind, funny and fully knowledgeable of the Moxies menu. We ordered food and drinks based on her recommendations. I mentioned that we were there to celebrate my Mom's Heavenly Birthday and immediately offered her condolences. Her kindness was 100% genuine. I asked to speak with her manager as she totally blew me away. We also had the pleasure of meeting the GM Jessie to discuss to discuss the top quality service we received from Alanna. Jessie was just as fantastic; great energy and so easy to talk too. She mentioned Alanna had only been working at Moxies for 1 month which was unbelievable. I will definitely come back to this location because of Alanna and Jessie. The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean; they followed all COVID protocols to ensure everyone's safety. Thanks again Alanna and Jessie....we will definitely we back soon!

This is a high profile restaurant located near the A3 entrance of Yorkdale Shopping Mall. Everything is perfect from the professionalism of the staff to the handling of take out orders. The place is always clean and in perfect order. Unfortunately, my takeout pickup was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait for more than 15 mins.
