Mcdonald's

Went in at lunch rush and got myself a $1.50 large sprite to compliment the pizza I got at sbarros (I don’t recommend sbarros), the service was quick but it was extremely hectic since it was lunch. The sprite went great with my slice and the atmosphere was the usual for a food court. Was able to find a seat in the McDonald’s and then eat in peace, all in all, good place to get a snack.

Great Location at CF Toronto Eaton Centre Urban Eatery. This McDonald's with McCafé too. McCafé Mocha really great and love it. Always busiest location have self check out with helping staff & also Friendly cashiers available too. Good seating area available. You could enjoy comfortable seating area in Urban Eatery food Court. Always McDonald's got mobile promotion and discount. Enjoy your Food & Drinks here with shopping at CF Eaton Centre too.

Marilou the manager 40346 noticed that I had been waiting for my order for some time. She came over to help me. After checking my order she figured out that I had sent and paid for my order at a different McDonalds location. Marilou showed me on the emailed receipt I got where it had gone and to contact them for a refund. I was trying to figure out how I’d have go to the other end of the Eaton’s Center to get to elevators that could take me and my mobility scooter up. Then I’d have to go back south outside to get to the other location. I guess I looked pretty defeated. She went away and quickly came back with a bag that had exactly what I had ordered and sent to the wrong location. I wouldn’t have to scooter back and forth to get my lunch. Two things: I really appreciate someone explaining what when wrong and how to make sure this didn’t happen again. I appreciate that could help solve my issue and did so with understanding and respect. AND the food was hot and delicious. 10 stars out of 5 is my real rating. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
