This place stands out for how much it contrasts with the big box “pharmacy” format dominant in Canada. The place is the size of a small urban shop, clean and modern, with a single unobstructed path to the counter at the back. You’re almost always greeted by busy but attentive staff. Interior design says a lot about a business; big box pharmacies hide the counter out of view at the back of a huge building with the express purpose of getting you lost in a very intentional highly researched maze of products unrelated to the prescription you have in your hand. One prioritized your health while the other does not. Service is usually great and the staff and pharmacists know me. They also do free same day delivery which I realize is not standard. My only complaint is the lack of online tools or an app to manage and fill my prescriptions.

My family and I have ordered about 6-8 times from Well.ca, usually pretty standard on receiving items. My recent experience was amazing with their Customer Service team. They were sympathetic to cancer patients and helpful to those of us who need the flexibility to return or exchange items (unopened) especially during Covid and winter time. It makes all the difference when a company employs considerate people. The Rep Breanne is wonderful and kind. Thank you for existing and helping thos in need. Sincerely Vivian

I've ordered from here a few times now and I've never been disappointed. My orders arrive in a timely manner, are packaged nicely, undamaged and usually have a cute thank you note tucked in there. Sometimes things I want are sold out, but they're usually back in stock pretty quickly. They are also one of the only places (that I have found) that carry the products and vitamins I like at a good price. Nothing beats the free shipping over $35.00 either. I'm also really excited about their papaya box! I think it's a great collaboration between them and one of my favorite influencers. Just makes me love ordering from here all the more. 10/10 recommend.

Well.ca has THE BEST customer service. Dozens of orders delivered flawlessly to Vancouver. -1 ⭐️ because the prices have risen SHARPLY over the past few months and my local go-to’s are now less expensive for most items (well.ca sale prices are equivalent to regular prices in other stores). Love that the packaging is (mostly) recyclable. Would love to see them ditch plastic bags entirely and cancel those awful inserts/ads for Hello Fresh which can’t be recycled and tbh... not interested the first time or the 40th 😬.

I had a delightful customer care experience with Emily! Not only did she resolve my issue but she went beyond my expectations to do so which is always a bit of a pleasant surprise. I didn’t ask for more but she delivered more. I like shopping with a retailer that empowers their team members to solve problems using their own judgement, rather than getting escalated up a management chain. They have a wide selection of sun protection products (what I was shopping in this case), and I found that they had more inventory than Amazon, (not to mention quicker delivery to Canada). If you’re like me, and are (always, in my case) looking for an alternative to Amazon, this is a good one for beauty and wellness.
