They are trying to do their best but always so busy in the mornings that sometimes I have to leave without getting my coffee otherwise I'll be late to work. Need to expand and get bigger with more staff

Tim's on Dufferin north of Lawrence. Lots of public parking, the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. There was a long line up at about 815 a.m and in no time every one was looked after and carring on..my hat is off to this clean, bright and airy location.

Great food, great fast service, just a bit loud if you wanna relax and have a chat or chill, not the best. Always pretty unnecessary loud customers but what can you do. Still recomend especially if you're plan is in and out.

A pair of homeless people “manning the doors” were a bit disconcerting at 7am, I don’t need help opening doors that have handicap buttons I could use myself if needed.

The Filipino lady was so pleasant towards me and offered other food items. I csm in for a quick bite but ended up with a sandwich 🥪, donut and tea. She went over and above to make sure my order was correct. The best part is, this was late evening around 1030 and only two of them were working including the lady and she greeted me with a smile!

I find, in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. As each franchise has its own taste 👅 some hit 💯 some are off by some percentage. But It won't replace my day-to-day need of coffee ☕️ Caffeine ☕️ Tim Hortons Medium Coffee ☕️ Original Blend - Double Double serve’s the purpose! Freshly brewed great taste 👅, but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffeine ☕️ based, self-indulgence and luxury.
One ☝️ of the advantages of this Tim Hortons it’s open 2️⃣4️⃣🏪 hours!
Additionally, to get the sweet cravings fulfilled Chocolate 🍫 Chip Muffin 🧁!

It pretty basic and open during those odd hours when other places are closed. The staff are okay I guess. The whole place is kind of meh. Kind of like a FIAT Uno fromm the 90s. The food and coffee is kind of like an IKEA sofa. It does the job but nothing is going to mildly excite you other than watching the other customers antics. You know?

Good location friendly staff.. the coffee is always good never burnt tasting or feeling like it was sitting around for too long. Usually very quick service here and also lots of free parking.
