Tim Hortons

Came in with my daughter and grandkids and i had jetlag. I was so tired. The young girl behind the counter was very friendly and smiling. I had a big order and kept apologizing she was smiling and laughing saying its ok. Then I left without my own iced coffee wiyh chocolate milk. I walked back in to get iy and the girl called to me...ohhh hey your iced coffee. I think she had forgotten and was just making it. She was just very friendly. I am here visiting from Vancouver Island and im not a fan of Toronto......but this helped me have a great day and helped me think differently of Ontario.

Update: Staff is polite and fast, and order was perfectly accurate! It does need a bit of repairs to the dining area, wallpaper peeling, odd noise from rollers in fireplace, and an empty showcase which can be replaced for floorspace. In the past this location has had significant problems, but this is the most improved restaurant in the area! Service 5 star, food 5 stars!

I have been going to this location since the first year they opened only because it's close to my job. It is a small location considering it's at a major intersection. The service is above average, not perfect but OK. Generally quite busy in the mornings. I also know employees are human and can make mistakes but service is fine. The only thing is whenever I order a breakfast sandwich, I have to keep reminding them about KETCHUP lol.
