This is the only Godiva I will ever go out of my way to shop at. Whether it's for a little "treat yourself" pick-me-up, or a gift for someone special, this specific location is the best of the best. Shoutout to Miko, who always ALWAYS gives exceptional customer service! He will answer any question with absolute wisdom and a wonderful smile. His expert product knowledge paired with his amazing customer service will make any experience here feel so warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Miko/Mico alone makes going to this Godiva worth it! He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Exceptional customer service as he explained the promotions going on and provided suggestions. The chocolates taste great and they occasionally have great deals going on too. So much better than the other chocolate shops around. Would definitely continue stopping by here whenever in the area. Oh my gosh. I do love love chocolate too much. My daughter and I were excited to see Godiva Chocolate at Scarborough Town Centre. I had such fond memories of buying by the boxes at First Canadian Place back in 2008 to 2010. I remembered ordering the Truffles with liqueur in them and finished them off as I slowly walked in the tunnel to Eaton Centre. The quality, texture and oh my, the taste, and yes the variety to choose from were all taste buds tantalizing. I was disappointed that the liqueur ones were no longer available. But they still tasted great. It was a beautiful experience of delight again, like discovering my long lost love. Thank you Godiva.

Bought a few boxes of chocolate here before Xmas. I really didn’t know how many kinds of chocolate there are until after this visit. They suggested I get truffles for my family and now I just want to buy more. After trying out these unique flavour blends, which barely lasted a day, I need to pay back a visit to this location and maybe even try something else. I was helped by Miko who takes customer service to the next level. He was very polite and genuinely nice. Can’t wait until my next visit to this location. Keep up the good work!

I have been coming to this location for years now and it's amazing how well this place is run. Great customer service, not like any typical store. They truly care about the customer and seek ways to help them, and not in a mediocre way, but in a way where you can see that they genuinely care. They are very passionate about their job, and it shows the success this store carries. Miko, Aubrey, Gina, all of them, are great employees and Godiva is truly lucky to have such a great team. Just going in and observing the way they treat customers shows they have a passion on making sure whoever enters their store will leave out 20x happier. Great people, great chocolate, great gifts, great ice cream, what more can you ask for? This is definitely the best spot to grab all of those if you're every in Scarborough Town Centre.
