Chick-fil-a

Placed an order for 2 chicken biscuit meals. Got there, checked in, waited about 15 minutes (nobody greeted anyone that walked in and was waiting they just continued to talk to eachother while side looking at all of the customers) finally got our food, got in the car and sat down to eat only to find out that they didn't put any chicken inside of either of the 2 biscuits, just 2 empty biscuits. Took the meals back the girl at the front asked be if I needed help, I told her what happened and she spoke to the other girl in the front who loudly made sure it wasn't her that made the mistake "oh no, that was (coworkers name) that's her fault she needs to deal with it.) The poor girl then went to the back and brought up who I assume was the manager and she came out saying that they were training someone new and they said there was chicken in it and there wasn't, but I mean.... you can clearly feel there was nothing in it, so whoever was packing the bag could have easily known if they were paying attention. After she told me she just continued to stare at me until I asked her again for my money back. For a company who prides on customer service, this location has that lacking.

Tried to order a grilled cheese sandwich. The girl behind the counter said of course, we'll just charge you for the cheese and the bun. Ok fine. So I order, and then I wait. After at least 5 people who ordered behind me get their food, she comes up to.me and says that they are cleaning the grill and can't make my food. She asked how long it would be, and they told her they WON'T make my grilled cheese sandwiches. Not very good customer service, as the manager was quite rude when I told them I wanted my money back. Never again.
