As always, a nice experience at this Panera outlet as well. I like the way they maintain the taste throughout their chains! This location has a big seating capacity and order was served quickly. You can either order personally wiating in the line, online or through a kiosk. This outlet has clean restrooms. Free parking is available on the premises. Clean utensils and helpful staff. Would surely recommend.

The food was good. But I had several issues, and I've made the decision not to return to this location. The tables were dirty, there was a worker walking around with a spray bottle and rag, just tucking in the chairs. She wasn't cleaning anything. There was nobody there to tell me exactly where to pick up my order so I was very lost. And they were out of a lot of soups pretty early in the day. Also there was a good amount of homeless people just coming in and sitting inside. I will not be returning.

On more than one occasion within a one week period I ordered my beloved French onion soup. However, I’m not sure what is the issue but my initial bowl had absolutely no cheese in it. The manager Hannah was gracious enough to replace my soup during a future visit. During my follow up visit, before I exited the establishment I looked at the soup to make sure this bowl had cheese. Since I saw evidence of cheese through the clear lid, I was content and I proceeded to exit. However, apparently only a pinch of cheese was place on top of the soup because had I not seen the cheese with my own eyes I would have swore no cheese was in the replacement bowl as well. My typical experience at various other locations has been that the cheese would partly dissolve in the soup but a portion of the cheese was coagulate in the bottom of the bowl and would be found in many spoonfuls. So if French Onion soup is what you desire, I suggest you go to another location.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered the Sig Chicken sandwich and Strwb Poppy Sal. The total came to $20.02 I had a $20 bill and the cashier waited for me to go out to my car for .02 but I understood that. The sandwich was dry with no condiments and the cashier didn’t ask if I wanted any thing added to the sandwich. The salad was ok. I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food and that I will NOT patronize your restaurant in the future.

I consider myself fairly 'well versed' in the Panera menu and methods for serving, etc. I have been a longtime customer for take-out, casual dining, and their catering service. HOWEVER, this particular Panera seems to fall short nearly every time I frequent this store. A number of times they are out of bagels before early afternoon - seems atypical when the menu has a number of bagel options/sandwiches. Recently, I had two big OOPS for my orders. About two weeks ago I ordered a scrambled egg sandwich on a ciabatta bread roll with bacon. When I got in my car and pulled out my sandwich it was on another type of roll with sausage. I didn't return it because it was very busy and I didn't have much time. Today, I decided to give it another "go". I ordered a Brioche with scrambled eggs and sausage, plus a hot coffee. I was told it would be waiting for me in a "mobile order" cubby. When I went I waited only to find out it was sitting on a counter. (It was not busy- in fact there was no one waiting to be served). The coffee was an iced latte. Not one to fight about this when I needed to get somewhere soon - I decided to grab the sandwich and go and accept the latte since they were just going to toss it. Sadly, the egg was not scrambled but cooked over easy and the yolk spilled out on my outfit. The milk was SPOILED in the latte. I had to pour out the entire drink. My lesson is that I most likely will not be returning to this Panera again. (NOTE: I am giving it two stars to reflect the times I have bought a salad or cookies there without any problems. But, that was not recently. )

Today, I ordered the New Chef's Chicken Sandwich, and was quite disappointed! The advertisement stated the sandwich is smothered in garlic aioli sauce. That was not the case because the sandwich was very dry. Also, you could not find the emerald greens or parmesan crisps on the sandwich! For $ 13.00, Panera Bread needs to make some definite improvements!
