I just had the worst experience I've had at a fast food place in a while, I ordered a side salad with my order as usual, but today I noticed the side salad was more than half empty so I told the girl at the window about it ... They explained that this is how all the salads were and couldn't do anything about it... This is an actual picture of the salad I took it before they took the food and threw it away.. I was then refunded wasted my entire lunch...

Always has amazing service, efficient, fast, outstanding all the time. I absolutely love love the food, the chain is never greedy with the sauces. The food is great and I absolutely love their Mac n cheese. We are here 2x a week! Definitely recommend trying the sun joy drink or the kale crunch salad 🔥

I went around 9:15 p.m. on a Thursday. The drive-thru long was very long and not moving. In fact the car in front of me asked me to back out so they could get out of the drive-thru. We both got out of the drive-thru line and parked and went inside to place our orders and that eas much faster. My grilled chicken sandwich and macaroni and cheese were hot and tasty. The lemonade was not quite as good as I remembered from other visits.

I'm not sure if the drive thru worker was distracted or if the workers just didn't care at this location. I ask for Buffalo sauce, they give me chick fila sauce. I ask to use my 739 points on my meal he says I have none to redeem. The lids to our drinks were given to us with the lid half on. 1 of the drinks spilled everywhere. They gave me 3 drinks and 0 straws. The fact that my simple order cost $43 in this economy and they couldn't get it right is beyond me. I expect this from McDonalds not Chick Fila. Very disappointing.
