This McDonald's is always super solid! I love the hash browns in the morning for breakfast! They are always so crispy and well cooked. The fries are also amazing and they give out really good portions here. I could never forget the sundaes and with the hot fudge, its amazing! The servers are always nice and never rude!

This is the McDonalds run by stoners and dimwits. Guaranteed that if you have more then three items, its just obligatory for them to omit and item or substitute it for something entirely different. Also anything but the easiest/smallest order means your going to be asked for park and wait... And then the order mishap goblin is sure the strike with the twofer of cold fries. Go to the one on Crenshaw if you can.

Got a doordash order to pickup an order from this location. After confirming to pickup my assigned order. I was told to confirm pickup. Since I already done so I showed my phone screen to prove I already hit the pickup button. But the worker keeps saying to confirm pickup. I keep showing and even read the words on my screen. I kept a professional demeanor the whole time I was there. But the worker kept insisting I hit the pickup button. It is not the fault of my own that the worker CANNOT read english. Very unprofessional on their end.

This has to be the worst drive thru I have ever experienced. Sadly I keep going back as the alternative is to drive miles away to get McDonald's. Always, I repeat ALWAYS, have to pull up and wait for my food to come out cold. Stop trying to cheat your numbers and just improve your service inside so that the food is fast, fresh, and correct. No reason that I should have to wait 10 minutes for a basic order while you give cars behind me their orders.

One of the worst McDonald’s in Torrance if not ever. If you have ever seen the movie Zootopia and remember the DMV scene. This place was the inspiration for that scene. The employees move at a snails pace. The drive thru for some reason takes an ungodly amount of time for orders. Don’t even get me started on customer service. It basically doesn’t exist. They also prey on those who speak limited English. Case in point, there was a person ahead of me in line who had their order come out wrong and it was a 1-2 dollar difference. Maybe not worth the refund right? I agree whole heartedly. But the principle, you overcharged a customer. So why not do the decent common sense thing in regards to customer service and offer a free item that is 1-2 dollars to cover the difference? Nope. Instead they told her to kick rocks. Not ok. Management: Get better. Also tell the homeless people around your store to move and GTF off your property and for them to stop threatening people in the restaurant and drive thru.
