Amazing sashimi.. I think I had Bonito and another that two whose name I don't remember w Shiro leaf and grated daikon, , plus the Kumamoto oysters were creamy and so fresh.. Had the octopus salad .. Nice and refreshing with touches of fresh ginger.. And then lamb riblet w seasalt and lemon...The grilled onigiri with plum was a great ending. The sake Kubota Senju was out of this world. It is pricey but it was sooo good.
