Sizzler

I would give them a five-star but I was unpleased because my son and I went for dinner and was interrupted we went here last Friday for a mommy and me day restaurant was fairly empty until a rude group of fellas came in helping themselves to the salad bar without paying when the waitress brought it to their attention that they could not eat for free they had to pay for the salad bar they began to have a confrontation with her in this day and age restaurants and public places should start having at least one security guard it's a shame that people can no longer go out and have a good time at dinner and enjoy their meal without having to get up and leave an $85 meal on the table because they're uncomfortable in the environment sizzler I know it's hard for everyone but you guys need to have at least a security guard present so waitresses and your patrons do not have to go through unruly non paying customers these restaurants want our money and us to patronize them but if we cannot feel safe when we go to sit down and eat

It’s been years since I was at a sizzler and decided to go in for my birthday, very bad decision.. first they brought out a grilled salmon with 2 long gray hairs on it, let the waiter know to only be told that she knew it wasn’t hers, it took about 20min to come out with the replacement plate after we had all finished eating, my son was the only one eating alone, then i asked if I could get a replacement for my sons side order of rice that we had ordered because it got cold waiting for his salmon and to be told I needed to pay again for that, so saddened to return to sizzler and have this awful experience., not coming back again for another 10 years , so sad..😕🙁
