It’s always a joy to stop in a McDonald’s once in a while this particular one very friendly very clean was remodeled a few years back it’s on a busy corner but it’s easy getting in an out If you need to make a pitstop this will be the place! I will try to add on some old photos of the first McDonald’s it’s a museum now it’s pretty cool 2 brothers started it anyway I find the photos I’ll put them in.

The two managers on shift the night we came in were too busy talking to one of their employees about how the business administration degree they needed to get instead of actually doing they’re jobs. The bathrooms as other customers described were the worst I’ve ever seen. Urine all over the floors. Smelled like death and no toilet paper in the women’s. I wouldn’t order from here if my life depended on it. We stopped by the McDonald’s in Redondo Beach and wow what a difference. The staff were so friendly and even though it’s a tight drive through just a way better experience. I hope this location actually gets these reviews read by their corporate team. This was probably one of the worst McDonalds experiences I’ve had in my life. Utterly disgusting. And the two managers on the night shift. Shouldn’t be giving advice to anybody.

The food was okay. The workers don't tell you when you ask if they are out of apple pies. Many times I would order something else... If they answered correctly. Then... I have to wait for them to refund my money at the window.... So annoyed because I asked. By this time the line is long... I do not go very often anymore. The workers just throw you the bag. Customer service sucks. The job is supposed to be for high school kids who want to work and do their best not old people just taking any ol job !!!

I brought my aunt here to grab a quick bite to go, and when i asked for 1 WHOLE slice of cheese on her Filet-O-Fish sandwich, the lady at the drive thru (Nancy) kept telling me to pay .89¢ for extra and i kept trying to explain i don't want extra cheese i just want 1 WHOLE slice. Well when i got up to the window to further explain she got rude and was smirking under her mask as of the whole ordeal was funny! She pretended to be the manager when she wasn't, because eventually the manager came out to apologize about everything. I doubt we'll go back to this location!

This McDonald's is new and has the big screens to order. Absolutely one of the worst user interfaces to order food and pay I've ever seen in my life. The store is really clean and the staff was super nice. McDonald's food is always the same. Whoever the idiot was who designed this order from a screen is exactly that, an idiot.

Waited 15 at the drive thru asked if the special 2 for $6 was still available. The guy said yes, went to paid and he charged me $11. I asked for a refund or change my order, gave me a dirty look and still didn’t give me my refund. No big deal, check my order and got the wrong order. Paid $11 for for two cheeseburgers. First and last time I’m coming here
