Outback Steakhouse

I wanted to come here to celebrate my anniversary and wanted a nice steak dinner. I would not return here again because the service was horrible, the food was good but service overtopped the food. We were seated taken our order and we got our appetizer and bread before our drinks. We had to to ask the bartender our drinks because we couldn't locate our waiter. At this time, the place was not busy! So then we got our drinks and then soon after our food came. During this time the waiter should stop by and ask if we need any refills right? Well she didn't. This time the restaurant started getting busy, okay we waited but still nothing so we paid using the machine and needed a box to go. We use the "call server" button on the machine but no luck, 15 minutes later we go up to the bar and ask for a box to go, THEN FINALLY she came up to our table if we needed anything. Nope! We left , this is the first and last time we will come to this one. We usually go to Black Angus because they always give great service even when they are busy but we wanted to try this place, Big Mistake!

Food and atmosphere were good but what made our Mother’s Day great was the service! Sylvester the manager observed that our server was very busy taking care of her large party and he acknowledged me and my wife right away…took our order , got bread and water to start us off. Took care of us till our server took over, she was attentive as well! He absolutely need to be commended. Had a wonderful experience and definitely be back!! 👍

George/Jorge was an amazing bartender and server . he truly made my husbands birthday dinner one to remember. With the drinks flowing with a heavy hand, taking care of a large party who was fussy and rambunctious lol. Thank you for being kind, attentive and never lost that smile. You made us feel at home, and took excellent Care of us!
