Wingstop

This is for the unhygienic working staff on 7/9 between my order of 6-7:30 pm. One of the cooks on the line doesn’t care about hygiene. I watched him on his phone, changed his music with his black cell phone and blue speak box hanging by the paper towels. As he and the cashier were chatting. Then he went right back to touching food. Cell phones/purses are said to be dirtier than a public toilet. Just FYI. As for my wrong order. The cashier was condescending when I stated that my order is cold and my fries are soggy. She said with attitude it’s been sitting there for hours bc I never came to pick it up. When I showed her my receipt that it’s their fault, I placed on online order. Scheduled pickup at 645pm. I walk in at 6:38pm. So I’m early. Food cold, and she still handed me the bag expecting me to walk away with cold food. She didn’t even apologize for her attitude, didn’t offer a solution, I had to ask that they remake my order, and when they remade it, it came out WRONG and I didn’t notice until I got home. Granted they gave me extra fries for having to wait for my remake, but I paid and got jipped on my meal versus what I paid for. I’ve called 5 times now and don’t get an answer from staff. I was the only customer in the lobby when he started remaking my order. They had 3 on the line and one cashier. It was not busy. And for my order to come out wrong, and less than what I paid for, shows it was intentional.

This wingstop is terrible service everytime I go there. The employees are always rude. They always close early, even tho they have a lit up sign that says open til midnight, they have never stayed open that late, I even try to go as early as 10 and they claim they are closed. No one ever answers the phone there.. they never have ice in the soda machine. The only reason I go there is cause it's close to my work. But from now one I will just drive the extra distance because I would hate to keep this place in business. They really need to close this location cause the people don't want to work and it will just make you hate Wingstop.

Misplaced my phone an employee told me they found it then the manager tells me they gave it to someone else and "it's not my fault" so I just loose my phone , I. D , bank cards money don't misplace your stuff here they will give you a run around after they give your phone to someone else very unprofessional an careless! 0 stars ALL THEY REVIEWS NEGATIVE never coming here again everyone needs to be fired especially the manager

Just look at the reviews…. I would give this place 0 stars if I had to Like why are they even open they don’t answer no calls I walkin at 10:00pm and they say we are not taking orders but close at 10:45 This establishment is a joke save yourself time and money call another place this place will waste your time.
