Horrible customer service. The staff and some man, not sure if he was a manager or just a random man; were at the register counting money or exchanging money. Not once taking notice of the customer or taking any orders. Stood in line for close to 5 minutes deciding whether to leave or not before they finished counting the money and he left, calling the staff all by name and not once acknowledging any customers waiting. Personal business dealings with their friends? Customers should at the very least be acknowledged.

The last 3 times I've been to this location my order was wrong. I have tried to order a Beyond BBQ burger and twice I was given a Beyond Famous Star and today I was given the right burger, but a meat patty. I've never had an issue ordering this at any other location. At this point I've given way too many chances and I won't be going back.

My French fries were hot but seemed like they were old, got cold & were fried again. Full of grease & soggy. My burger was supposed to have grilled onions (the best part) on it & I think I counted about4 pieces of diced onion. My Dr. Pepper had about 5 ice cubes & I requested extra ice, the soda was also semi flat. Not a happy customer at all. They charge waaaay too much to be serving substandard food.
