My wife and I came here for the first time and were extremely impressed with the staff and layout of the store. Special shout out to Cole and Erika for being extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all of our questions in detail, and gave us valuable feedback on key items we would need. Highly recommend this store and location due to this experience.

Love the store! But let's work on the line it always moves very slow and the cashiers seem to be occupied with everything going on around them instead of taking care of the customers to get them out quickly it's like we're all waiting around on one customer while they're looking for items instead of just taking the next customer. Everyone has to go to line to get help on the floor so that's what seems to hold up the line from what I'm noticing since I've come so often since I had a baby in October. But staff is friendly and helpful!

I’ll rate them a 4-Star today. We went here because we found some things online we wanted to get for the upcoming baby. And we found out that the items were not in the store. That’s fine no problem however we had to look for help. This was an issue considering things were somewhat hard to find. However, the lady that checked us out to pay was amazing she offered us 20% off each item from a 3rd party site to save us some money. If she had helped us when we walked in the door I would definitely had given them a 5-Star. They also have privileged parking for expecting and new mothers. This is kool. Maybe Wal-Mart and Target should take up this idea 🤔? Hmm overall good first time experience my only suggestion is make sure the staff is not too busy stocking to help a wondering lost customer like me. 🤦🏾‍♂️🔥✅

I went in to pick up a diaper bag and my free goody bag. I interacted with two store associate who were very nice. One assisted me in finding the store price scanner, the other at the cashier, and I didn’t get their names. But, Angela at the baby registry was my last interaction. She wasn’t very friendly or helpful in trying to locate my registry number. She finally asked for my name and due date and that’s when she finally pulled up my registry. Would return just would ask for assistance from someone else.

Only 5 stars cause Analis was awesome thank you but the older lady at guest service/returns needs a vacation dear you need to chill I was gonna buy more stuff but you wouldn't listen to me scared me out. Learn from Analis be understanding and try to listen to your customers as them buying more helps the business.

I had a stroller situation related to negligence at a different Buy Buy Baby location that was unwilling to help. This store was knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to be helpful even though the situation didn’t happen at their location. Ultimately, I ended up getting it sorted out through the manufacturer instead, but I was so impressed with this location’s professionalism and willingness to take ownership.
