The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This Coffee Bean location is fairly new but based on my interaction with the staff it feels like that have been operating here for years. They have gotten to know the regulars and make them feel like part of the family. For decades I have been drinking coffee from Starbucks because of the bold flavor of their brews. Because of this I have not really been a huge fan of Coffee Bean and unfortunately I have been missing out on the great customer experience and atmosphere provided at Coffee Bean. Phenomenal baristas especially Lorena. She was very friendly and listen to me ramble on about my work schedule without looking bored or irritated. When she realized that I wanted my coffee for "here" she offered me the option of having it in a mug which I thoroughly appreciated because in my opinion, drinking coffee from ceramic makes a huge difference in flavor and experience than from having it in a paper cup.
