Subway

I remember my horrible experience at this location, my first & last time. Their was a guy there named "Luise" with red dyed hair. It was around 9pm. There is no time to describe how horrifying this staff member was. He started throwing my toppings on the sandwich, he gave me a death stare when I asked for toasted bread. He didn't want to be there obviously. I canceled the order and took his picture. He ran outside & took a pic of my car. I called the next day. They said he has had many complaints.

Went in this location today at 11:45am. The young fellow behind the counter that was helping me and my girls was extremely rude. Obviously he doesn't like his job. He threw the items in the sandwich and was asking what we wanted in a way that came across as I don't want to help you, hurry up and get your sandwich and get out! I'll never go back. I'll be sure to call and speak the manager. I looked in the website to do a formal complaint but there is nowhere to do so. Hey bud, if you don't like your job maybe you should go someplace else where you'll be happy. Customer service is NOT your specialty. I usually tip my sandwich makers...not today!

Extremely unprofessional, rude, discurtious customer service. One time I was served an egg sandwich that had no eggs. This time I was charged for extra cheese and not informed, and my sandwich was crushed beyond edibility, when they rolled it in paper, two offenses on one order, by two different people. I will never buy gas, coffee, or Subway from that location ever again. Screen your help better, you hire nothing but losers, and it shows.
