Placed a order online during open hours (which it said online) went to the store and the store was closed. Wasn’t too upset because I figured I’d come the next day and get it on my break. Called the store the next day to confirm working hours because it says different on google. no answers. No point in having a number if you’re not going to answer the store phone. At that point y’all can keep the money and the smoothie. Just unfortunate. I couldn’t get either.

Why would I have to pay for a large if you’re only going to serve a medium. I was really disappointed last weekend to get my smoothie like this.
Also, I get that you’re offering “thicker” smoothie add on cost options, but that doesn’t mean you should water down the originals past how watery they were before.

Very good customer service and very helpful. I will always choose Jamba Juice over any coffee place. The Strawberry wild is very tasty and perfect to have during the summer time.
