Mcdonald's

Customer service was 100% but the food was a 1. Dry bread, cold, unmelted cheese. This is how I pulled my sandwich out of the bag. Someone took my order and returned with it. It straight up looks like all they did was put it back and gave it to me. Didn’t even bother to make new ones. Will never come to this Mcdonalds again. Sickening.

This is the fourth time through drive-thru that I am going to buy at McDonald's and today was the last time, it is impossible that the four times they have given me my wrong order, I am paying for the service, I do not ask for it as a gift, which I hope my food does not have any problem because I am trusting you but obviously that does not happen, all my orders are missing something or are poorly made on the run. What kind of people do you have working in your restaurant who don't care about customers like me because you receive your checks from us (customers)? Put yourself in my place for a moment, perhaps you would like to pay for a fast food and They dont give it as you wanted, of course you would get angry, right... I will never return to that restaurant, I gave them to many opportunities but they never cared. P.S. I don't want you to contact me with your silly excuses.

I was starting to like this place for the first time in 4 years bc the food was not fresh back. My wife and I had a rough day and McDonalds just made it worse.... WHY CAN'T KITCHEN WORKER COUNT UP TO 6? THE WORKER PUT 5 CHICKEN NUGGETS IN A 6 PC BOX. YALL RAISED THE PRICE UP AND STEAL MY PIECE??? THAT IS A 1 STAR. I JUST BOUGHT IT JUNE 6 AROUND TIME 1450. MANAGER JUST TOLD ME IT WAS THE KICTHENS FAULT AND NOT HIS.

Ordered from mobile and Chosen 'store pick up', but they closed the door and no one responded. No cancel option existing after I pay, so I had to line up and pick up from the drive-thru window; I would not have ordered if I had to wait 20mins. BTW, Fries and chicken nuggets were cold and hard. After this experience, I do not know if I want to come back or not.
