Ruth's Chris Steak House

Oh my oh my...I ordered takeout & it was delicious! My favorite part was and has always been the sweet potato casserole. That right there is to DIE for. It's been years since I've had Ruth's Chris & it was worth the wait. I'll probably be grabbing me another casserole before the week is out. 🤞🏾Ignore the presentation my food slid around in the bag a bit.

I definitely had higher expectations! coming to a 5 star restaurant that’s obviously, supposed to be expensive and some thing that you look forward to specially on a date. or with, your family or maybe taking your partner but I am completely disappointed. I will never come back here again! That’s for sure the service was awful everybody was rude! Sorry but only speaking the truth I want people to be satisfied just the way that I would like to be myself.

I called to place a to go, seeing that restaurants are doing things differently due to the pandemic which is perfectly fine with me, called at 8:02...i was instructed to go online to place a Togo, fine no problem i went to the site to do so and kept getting an error stating the restaurant is closed...called the restaurant again and was told in a rude and aggressive manner that there is nothing wrong with the site and if i wasn’t there by 8:30 i was not getting an order in...i read the error message to him and he hung up the phone on me. He said he was the manager and in my experience that is impossible if the site is down, how is that a customer problem? It is not! I said i will pay over the phone and show any proof they needed to take my order over the phone, we don’t do that and I’m not doing that and staying here until 10pm because an order being placed. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced especially from a suppose to be upscale restaurant.

Ruth's Chris is my go to upscale steakhouse. As crazy as it sounds, I have never ordered a steak from Ruth's Chris. I typically order the Lamb Chops and sides. The potatoes are amazing even though I don't feel it is enough to share. I always order 2 because 1 simply isn't enough. The drinks are ok. I have definitely had a better lemon drop martini. I enjoy the atmosphere and the service hence why I keep coming back. The food is good and worth the price. I would come back again.

Amazing place to celebrate the big 40! Jenna is a very personable and efficient waitress. She made our experience top of the line. Mitchell is a watchful, effective front of the house manager and remained present and helpful the entire time. The place was exceptionally clean, including the restrooms. The ambiance was inviting and relaxed. Even the front door staff were pleasant and helpful.
