Papa Romano's Pizza

Ordered delivery as we were staying at a nearby hotel. Food came quickly and as promised. It was hot and delicious. Steak fries were a little heavily seasoned, but as long as you like that, they’re good! Highlight was the Detroit style pizza which was perfect. Crust was perfectly crispy and had just the right cheese, sauce, topping combo. Would definitely order again!

Ordered delivery online on a Thursday night. Quoted 45 min for delivery. It's been over 2 hours and still no pizza. Called store 2x and have no idea why it's taking so long and only offered me to cancel or take 25% off next order. Definitely will stick to Jets from now on. Update: pizza came cold and salad was missing.

My husband and I love Papa Romanos and order often, but our latest experience at the Troy- Crooks Rd location really went above and beyond. We had ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery about a half hour before close (just thought we would tip our delivery driver a bit extra for coming at the end of the night). Whether it be user error or a technical issue, the order went to the store as a pick up request rather than delivery. When closing time hit, i received a call from the store and they went out of their way to deliver it after the store had closed. The people have always been great and the pizza is always delicious. The next time we order pizza, it will definitely be Papa Romanos!
