Go to this store if you want to a snack like this in the pictures.Not sure what happened to their management. Food quality turned to worse. Very shocked to see the food quality that we eat which typically doesn’t grab attention while driving. Very rude response from staff. Check after collecting your order They also Cheat by skipping items in the order. Better look elsewhere for other options. Remember, there are high chances your mornings can get messed up. Beware!! Edit: they don’t give receipts to avoid negative feedbacks. Because The receipts has the code for you to report to Tim hortons.

Always busy af. Long lines but they bust em out quick. Nice lady in the drive thru. Polite and professional. My coffee had too much creamer in it so I couldn't drink it but i was happy with the customer service. I usually go to the one in Rochester but they were too busy today. I went here because I pass it everyday on my way to work and they only had a few cars in line which is odd. As soon as I get in line, like 7 or 8 cars pull in behind me. She even asked how I was doing and said good morning. That right there is good customer relations. Sometimes it's needed. Thank you lady who ran the window

Great place to work for and/or get food from. The Owners Maureen and John are absolutely wonderful people who truly take care of their people and their customers. My BFF and I both worked there 10+ years ago and they still remember us and keep in touch and are just the sweetest people you'll ever have the pleasure of giving your business to or working for.
