Logan's Roadhouse

I definitely am disappointed with this Logan’s location. Had I read the reviews as I usually do before ordering at any restaurant, I would not have chosen this location. The broccoli looks terrible, not only that but mid day you should not be out of anything. So I ordered corn and it was not available nobody mentioned it to me prior to arriving for my pick up. The containers for my sides were not appealing to the eyes what so ever, definitely should not look like the picture when they’re in a separate bag not touching any food items. I’m very surprised because I’ve never had a complaint with Logan’s before. Here’s the update; so I received a credit from the manager and I finally made it in today 7/9. The food was delicious and service was amazing. Brandon was working the bar and made the drinks perfect and Mark made the steak to perfection. No complaints today 😍😍😍

8:15 pm on a Wednesday. No hostess greeting us, but we were seated rather quickly. Jamie our waitress was very nice. My husband stated his food wasn't too hot, but mine was great. So food wise 4 1/2 stars. Observances while we dined, drink menus are quite dirty, and the wall next to the table was gross to say the least. The window sills, blinds and windows are filthy. Looking further the sides of booths and walls are quite nasty. This established needs a THOROUGH cleaning. This portion of the review warrants a 1 star.

Was really hoping for a 5 star review here. Took my son here after a basketball victory and wanted to have a nice meal together. The waiter came by once to take our order and never returned till we aggressively looked to get our bill so we can leave. Food was delivered by the other staff, which is typical, but when your server or anyone never returns to ask if we need water, if the food is ok, if we need anything. Salads were forgotten and delivered after the main dish and not until we mentioned it to a staff member walking by. The bread was amazing, but everything else was extremely bland and tasteless. Not what you would expect from a steakhouse and you order their finest steak.

I went there last Friday, it was my first time there. I hadn't had a steak in over 2 years, after a bad experience elsewhere. Stanley was our waiter and was very attentive and polite. The bread was a great start, as it was at our table before we even ordered. The bucket of peanuts was a nice appetizer also. I got a 8 oz steak, baked potato, and salad. It was a delicious meal. Steak was cooked perfectly as requested. The potato was excellent. And it was the best side salad I've had in a long time, with fresh croutons. I find is hard to go out to eat anywhere these days without there being some sort of issue with the service or food. This place exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back. I don't think I've ever written a review for a restaurant for being good, but I just had to for this place.
