The Big Salad

The salad was good. Service was ok price was a little high. The 8 pts they give you for a salad is not enough to make a descent salad. It takes 3pts to select a meat the only add ons for 1pt are basic things you put on a salad. All in all not a bad place to go, you do get a lot of salad for the price you pay but the point system is a little off I think. The place is like the 5 guys of salad. Healthy eating quick and convenient so why not go for it. I would recommend this place to someone on a diet like myself who works to much to cook healthy food at home.

It's a decent salad place. I've been very happy there in the past, but today I got almost no dressing on my salad... when I went back to the counter asking for a little more he said he had to charge me for it... what? It's only $1, not worth arguing over... but it's the principal of it... to buy a salad, then have to re-buy the part they didn't give you the first time is a turn-off for me.

Definitely was craving a salad and would have loved to try something new.... not sure who the guy was that took our order but he was definitely rude and needs to learn customer service skills.... what to get you folks is not a way to open a sentence to customers. If someone says hello, say hello back, it’s just manners. And manners when dealing with food goes a long way.... you can really ruin the taste with bad customer service....anywho just decided I wasn’t going to pay $25 for rude customer service and a salad maker with dirty gloves on( he had to touch my avocado).

Was unimpressed with this place. Too many other good places to get salads and/or salad bars the area. Toppings weren't fresh, the broccoli was even brown and super soft. Paid extra for an avocado that ended up not being ripe and was rubbery. Dressing was good though and I liked that they offered spinach instead of just the usual, and not as nutritional, iceberg and romaine. Was lunch for the day but won't be going back.

Overall my first impression was not the best. Super slow service and staff was very quiet and unfriendly. Second impression was also very much the same as the first. I don't care if you don't want to talk to me, but at least please make the experience quick. Also the other complaint from myself and others that have gone there is the price is a bit much for what you get. A salad or baby sandwich soup combo shouldn't be over $10 especially when not drink or other side was included. To bad as it could be a great place.

Really neat idea--absolutely great for vegetarians--but pricey and the counter staff/salad chefs are not at all friendly (at least when I was there). In fact I got the impression I was inconveniencing them. At one point the counter staff asked "Is that all you're getting?" The concept of a salad-themed fast food place is neat but the people working here make me want to spend my money elsewhere. $12+ for what is a head of Romaine lettuce with a tablespoon of corn, a tablespoon of peas, 2 tablespoons of diced chicken and some dressing is pricey and would be worth it if the atmosphere was more customer friendly, but it's not.
