Decent American fare. No free refills was a bummer though. Worse yet, the refills cost basically the same as a new drink. It would've been nice to know that upfront, as I probably would've gotten a larger drink order in the first place. Also, the dine-in experience wasn't great, as most tables felt pretty dirty.

Food was hot and fresh, served immediately after prepared. The Sriracha cheese curds could have had a little more Sriracha to them. Mini corn dogs are always good and the fries are excellent.

Food was terrible, cold and just unbelievable. I understand because of COVID-19 the social distancing part , but if you don’t want to work then stay home too. Instead of coming to work and serving customers Non Editable food , this mall location use to be great as I remember coming to the mall in high school. This isn’t anything against A&W just the employees who have no passion in providing fresh food and quality service

I had a very good experience at A&W Restaurant. Everyone there was polite and really nice. One of the guys i think his name is frosty was a great help, offered to wipe down the tables if it was dirty for my girlfriend and I. Also, to bring us our food to our tables. I definitely recommend this place.

I had to change my review two a one star because they charged me double for my bill.
I just looked at my bank account and seen they charged double. Order was $32 an some change instead it was $65.
