Tommy's Pizza

I would love to give this place 5 stars. Food has always been great. Who ever answers the phone and works the counter is not paying attention. It took her quite a while to understand my order over the phone. While I waited at the time I was told, my food sat for 10 minutes. I watched it. They were busy talking. Then I got my cold food. I hate to say this as I really like this place.

I really like their food. The down side of Tommy's is that they never have the food ready on time. They are always around 10 minutes late having the food ready for pick up. Then the use the cheapest open containers they can find for your food to travel in. If you can get past these annoyances, I bet you will really like Tommy's.

We used to love Tommy's, being the only delivery option we have out here. But it has been months since we've been able to get a pizza that is fully cooked. I even threatened to send it back tonight if it wasn't and it still came undercooked, mushy and chewy in the middle. The outer pieces are great and I have an air fryer so I can fix the middle but I think we'll stick with mozz sticks and chicken fingers from now on and get our pizza elsewhere.

Everything we have ever gotten from "Tommy's" has not only surpassed the expectations of a small restaurant in a small town, but has been EXCELLENT! We would have been happy with the food from Tommy's, no matter where we were. It's really good! They accommodate special requests and deliver in a town where most restaurants won't. When you live in a rural community, you don't expect pizza delivery...so when you get it, you truly appreciate it. All of the delivery people have been very kind and courteous. Delivery takes more time than pick-up; but that should be expected...especially in the country. We order from Tommy's a lot, and will continue to do so. They know how to make good food! The Town Of Brunswick is lucky to have Tommy's Pizza!
