Ordered 4 dogs and waited a long time for server to put the order together because he was to busy yacking with a customer who he knew . I thought this was to long to wait for the dogs ,it should of been no more than 5 minute wait because other customer and I were the only ones there . Total time was 17 minutes .I was not very happy and this is the second time I waited at this Charles at this location so my opinion is they need to pay more attention to there customer service . I would not recommend going there to wait again . I will use their Cohoes location is more attentive and you don't wait long there at all .
