placed an online order at 9:14 on Sunday April, 17th. time quoted was 29-39 minutes. I received the text that it was out for delivery at 9:32. 10:02 roles around & we still hadn't gotten our food, I called the store & she told me that it should arrive soon. it is currently 11:20 & we haven't received our food. the tracker still says it's 'on the way'

So good! Pan pizza, boneless chicken wings, amazingly good, and the brownie, omgoodness!! Thank you, to the lady who remembered the spicy barbecue recipe for wings. You have to try the boneless wings, they surprised me, I wasn't expecting them to be good, but really good! Our delivery driver was here within 35 min, and super nice. Thank you all for your teamwork. Your service is outstanding. ❤

Service was great! Friendly and came right to the counter to help me. Even as I kept ordering food he was helpful and patience. Spent over 50 dollars and we loved it all! Will be back! 👍👍

Waited and waited for pickup order and waited 30 minutes after our pickup time. We called inside the store 2 times. Still no pizza. We left w NO PIZZA! Absolutely will never go back to PH. Manager didn't care about our situation. Didn't care we called into the store twice. We will spread this storey to many many people. Dont deserve even 1 star!!!

The pizza was awful. My pepperoni pizza had 6 pepperonis on it. It was burnt and it was impossible to eat. When I went in to ask about getting a refund or a new pizza they were extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else. I will never be coming here again.

Change of pizza sauce and whatever else you have to do to make the pizza actually taste good and not like a piece of cardboard
