Rapid Fire Pizza

From 5 to 1 stars. We love this pizza, it is really good when they get it right. Unfortunately, they’re about 50/50 on their order accuracy these days. It’s frustrating to have to remind them to give you the dipping sauces half the time you pick up. But not 1 star frustrating. What dropped it to 1 star was my last order. And my last straw. They messed up something about every single item on my order. Missing all of the dipping sauces, the pictured pizza was completely charred, if it wasn’t blackened, it was so dry it wasn’t enjoyable. They missed one of the two pepperoni sticks and the one I got was burnt too. What sealed their 1 star review is when I called the location to talk about the order, no one answered and the machine said “memory is full.” This screams poor management and the dwindling quality and order accuracy screams underpaid, or poorly trained, or some reason for the staff to not be good at or not care about their manager, the company, or both.

If there was less than a one star thats what I would have chosen. Walk in and all employees look put out like dont want to wait on anybody. Five employees and not one looked over 18. All of them just wanted to goof off and not one acted interested to help. We are in trouble people with this generation that does not want to work.

Great value and great topping choices. The customer service is fantastic from everyone who's made our order. The kids enjoy picking their toppings and juice. I enjoy the rewards they offer to earn a free pizza for just eating from them. We now drive to Troy ohio because they shut the Huber heights one down for a Wileys chicken, which in my opinion was a huge mistake.
