Was very rudely told couldn't come in to order even though sign on door said it was open for dine in and carry out orders. Door was unlocked and there was already several people eating inside . Saw quite a few customers leave as word spread in the parking lot. Gave it a 3 only because food was good. Will be notifying corporate

I ALWAYS have an issue at this location! The staff clearly doesn’t care about their work performance! I always place an order and NEVER can get what I order after they have taken my card to charge it . So because of issues in past with them waiting until after I pay for my food to say they don’t have it, I even placed order online so it should not be any excuses. I PROMISE I GET THERE DRIVNG 20 minutes to get to location and they gave some of my order to someone in drive thru instead of having them wait but INSTEAD TELLS ME I WILL HAVE TO wait ! This location is the only place I ever have issues with and still try to give them another chance and went around 7:50 and was placing order girl stated we only have dark I said well is it going to be freshly cook her response “no our kitchen closed” i said well how long has it been up ? Her response again “ for like 30 - 35 mins “ that is totally unacceptable! I have worked multiple fast food jobs and I know the kitchen don’t close until the store is closed ! Maybe I understand if I pulled up 5 mins before closing but it was a WHOLE HOUR! The staff needs a wake up call and needs some training in customer service because when you call the store and tell issues you had they will get an attitude I only had one nice gentleman out of ALL the issues I had to call about

My 1st time eating here since they tore the old one down and built a brand new KFC. Tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was very delicious but it just wasn't hot enough for me it was more like a Nashville Warm chicken sandwich. Next I'll try a different sandwich or step up to that KFC Buffet. **Free WIFI is also available at this location**
