Kfc

My husband picked up dinner for us tonight and we got what seems to be the norm lately... NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!! My husbands 2 piece meal dark meat mashed with gravy and coleslaw came with mashed with gravy and a cookie, and the chicken pieces looked like they came out of my toodlers play kitchen with play pieces of food perfect for the hands of a toddler. If it wasn't so pathetic i would laugh! My husband took a pic but i dont see how to upload it. The leg was about as big as his thumb and the thigh maybe the palm of my hand . 3 bites maybe and it was only $9 I don't get it people used to care. I would hope for a call from the manager i. Had to leave a message when i called but i know im hoping for a lot.

I tried to call about a misunderstanding with an order and was hung up on by the manager. I drove there and asked to speak with her directly. She made false accusations about my son and refused to not only fix the order but would not give me her name to report her awful behavior. I would drive to Wentzville if I were you before giving any business to a place that hires a manager like this one

It's KFC, like all, the pieces of chicken are getting smaller, the prices are getting higher! Too high in my opinion, but what ya gonna do? Here's my problem, and this has happened on more than one occasion, from what I've heard. I go into Troy around 9:15p.m., and there's not a lot of choices, as far as something fast to eat at that time. Knowing this, I decided to go to KFC since their opened untill 10p.m., or so I thought. At 9:28p.m., their closed up! I can see the employees inside, but they just ignore me! WTH KFC?

Spent almost $60 and when I got home with the kids more than half of our food, including ALL the sides WEREN'T EVEN IN THE BAGS! When I called they said I would have to wait 3-4 days for the manager to be back to fix it. By that point, none of the kids ate because we weren't given what we ordered. I am busy. I don't think almost a week later to go and try to prove to someone who wasn't there that they basically took $60 for nothing.
