Jack In The Box

Actually was at the open 'park' next to the governor's mansion. Attended a Scottish Highland game. Great time impressive athletes and and the open park like area to have it was a great location downtown allowed me and others to walk around and experience some of the downtown businesses and a farmer's market going on. Great time hope they keep that area open for other events.

It was busy for the Saturday before 4th of July, but everyone working was still nice to us and our food was hot. There was a nice manager who took our order wearing a boot for a foot injury and was kind to us even though she was in pain. A crazy customer lady came in while they were busy during lunch and everyone on the team kept working their butts off while telling her to leave other customers alone. You guys are great. Thank you for lunch, it meant a lot to us. I hope you get to enjoy the holiday weekend!

Normally get pretty decent food here but this time wasn't so good. The whole order was well below the quality I normally get here. Old meat patty on the burger, jalapeno poppers looked like they got thrown across the room, cold curly fries, chocolate shake poorly mixed. No coordination between workers, and the 2 tall guys cooking seemed to have little knowledge or concern for what they were doing. I'll drive to Wentzville next time but I hope the Troy store gets it's act together.

I have been know to do a 9 hour turnaround suprise trip with my kids just for Jack in the Box plus know where every one is on my travel routes... Was quite disappointed in the Troy MO store this time. My tacos grabbed from the warming rack had to of been sitting awhile (I was there at 10:00am). They were very stale and cool. Glad it was just a on the way home instead of purposely driving 9 hours just for a disappointment. Please step up you game!!

Ordered a simple meal got home and no fries tried to call them after three times and the phone was busy i come in today at the same time and told the manager she made me look like a liar ,when they didnt give a reciept or the fries with my order the day before . She didnt wanna make it right after coming here for years my family definitely wont be back. Trust me i have plenty of money and wasnt trying to get a free meal !

Came in tonight and found one incredibly hard working adult, (I'm guessing the shift manager) and a bunch of smart alec, lazy, mouthy, hateful teenagers.. including one who is apparently the boss's son. Had it not been for the kind, hard working lady who was doing 90%+ of the work we would have walked out, because no one else was willing to try to take an order with her help.. and the boss's son had a temper tantrum when she asked him to try. This poor woman deserves a raise, because she was the only thing keeping your restaurant running tonight. I wish I could tell you her name, but I didn't see a name tag.
