Red Lobster

This location is usually one of our favorites; However, I don’t know if it’s due to short staff or just don’t care anymore about the customers. But our food and drinks were not that great! We were seated and the waitress took our order. She brought bread with no small plates, stated they were waiting for “dishes to get done in the dishwasher”. Next our appetizer came out, still no small plates. She then brought out our drinks, two frozen classic margaritas, that looked as if the ice was scraped from the bottom. Finally 25 minutes later our main course was brought out, the food was little cold, and one of the orders had brusselsprouts and salmon, it looked as if the salmon was broke off instead of cut. We don’t know what happened, but it was not the usual great hot beautifully plated food and drinks. The customer service from the waitress was great, sweet young lady. But she isn’t the cook nor the bartender!!

Dinner for 2 We have not been here in awhile, the restaurant looked cleaner than I remember. We arrived around 5:30 pm and the place was a little empty. Our server Kemauri R advised, that it does not get super busy until about 8pm. She had a great attitude, which goes a long way in my book. She was friendly and accommodated all our questions and meal substitutions . I ordered a Coconut Shrimp and salmon combo with broccoli and rice and wifey ordered the Steamed Crab Legs with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. The 1 pound crab legs looked a little anorexic so she ordered another few legs. I enjoyed my meal and with the addition of some butter and lemon, wifey enjoyed her crabs. Overall good experience during this visit. Kemauri was a winner! I would give her a super server badge!

I had a nice time at Red Lobster. Great friendly service and hot, crispy Catfish! I didn’t like my salad at first cuz it was all the yellow Romaine lettuce. Sunset Passion tasted like it a virgin drink, but my waitress added some rum and made it all better. She also brought me another salad and it was very delicious! Great job!

Service was great! We ordered the ultimate feat with an order or lobster mash potatoes and Brussels sprouts and I was fairly disappointed with the food. Lobster did not appear appealing and was dry and unpleasant. Mash potatoes tasted like it was sitting out for a while. However, the cheddar biscuits DID NOT disappoint.

My family arrived approximately 4pm on Tuesday and was pleasantly greeted by every staff member that we encountered. The restaurant was clean. Our server was pleasant and our order was served with accuracy and timeliness. Most importantly, our food was fresh, hot and sooo tasty. My mom ordered the bacon wrapped scallops…yummy. My daughter and I ordered the pick 2 combination and again…yummy. I had left overs and good conversation with our server as we were leaving. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! ❤️❤️❤️
