I have to start by saying that I have been a customer since around 1992. This is a pic of us then and now. ☺️ 5 stars because the food and service is still a delight and what a testament of doing good business, to still be in business! Today we had Crab Rangoon’s, Miso Soup, Sushi, a Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box and Mongolian Beef (not pictured). See you again soon!

We’ve been going here for years. While the food has never been excellent, it’s been acceptable, standard Americanized Chinese. The price was a little high for what you’d get, but it was good enough.
Unfortunately, the last several times we’ve been, it’s steadily degraded. They’ve gotten a dish wrong here and there. Tonight, though, was the worst. The egg rolls were dripping grease, overly salted, and floppy. The potstickers were over cooked. And the final straw was the lo mein. I ordered a simple chicken lo mein to share with my husband who can’t handle spice. That is what was on the receipt. However, what I got was a dish I don’t even think is on the menu. Deep fried shrimp lo mein with hot chili oil mixed through. Not only was it something my husband couldn’t eat, I (who has some tolerance for spice) found it too spicy.
Unfortunately, they’ve lost a loyal customer.

We ordered egg foo young, Chinese broccoli, and miso soup. The broccoli was $8 and it was a tiny box. Also our egg foo young was missing rice. I called asking about the size of the side and the missing rice. The person on the phone just kept on talking over me and saying that the rice was in the bag. I was willing to go down there and get the rice, but instead he just hung up on me.

This restaurant has been around for a while. Never been disappointed with the food. My most recent experience was good. The fried rice was good. The only negative thing was that I ordered my meal with shrimp and received chicken. But, when I call back they said they would take care of it at a later time. Didn't want to drive back out there. Also, if you're looking for Hibachi, this is a great place to try.

We love Fuji Ya. It is so interesting to be able to enter on the left if you would like Chinese food (Lucky Key), or you could enter on the right (Fuji Ya) and have Japanese hibachi. Me and some girlfriends meet at Fuji Ya a couple of times a year to enjoy the Japanese hibachi together. All of the employees are kind, greet us with warm, smiling faces. They never have us wait long before we're in our private room together, and the chefs are sure to entertain! Both young and old always have fun and we thank the family there at Fuji Ya and Lucky Key for taking good care of us. The food is always good and we will definitely be back again.

A glass object was in my water and they just covered it up. No customer service. No apology. All they wanted was their money. It was a sharp pointed object that could have cut my mouth.
Seriously I called them back and they said Oh There IS a stomach virus going around
All they want is your money.
I have also been there numerous times and one of the chefs was very very rude. He was making fun of people and their order.
All they want is you to order and then to pay. The chefs don’t even do a show
Very disappointed.

Quality and taste of the food has declined tremendously over the years. I first started going here back in 2013. Today I spent $48 on three meals. We couldn’t eat it. Rice had an off putting and sour smell. It wasn’t fresh, food was disgusting. It’s just not like it used to be.

I recommended this place to a friend and regretted it from the moment we were seated. We were originally in the wrong side of the two part restaurant, when asked where we could get sushi our waiter told us to go on the other side. Once seated we had a new waiter who at first seemed cold but that eventually moved to outright contempt. After asking us for our drinks , which she all but tossed on the table, we placed our orders. When asked questions about the menu she seemed annoyed. We should have left then but decided maybe we interpreted it wrong. We then noticed a drastic mood change for the couple of a different race seated behind us. They were instantly brought waters and spoken too in a nicer tone. We got our food, and found a bug crawling on the sauce bowl. When we tried to get her attention we were waved off and when she finally came she tried to convince us it was ginger. We watched the bug crawl while waiting for her to finally come so I assure you it was not ginger in the least. To add insult to injury, though right on par with the service at the time, she begrudgingly took the bowl and only after we suggested she take the fried food that accompanied it did she remove that as well. No apology offered or explanation. She hurriedly cleared the table while we were talking and then put our checks down. When she saw I didn’t leave a tip she was quite obviously upset and didn’t pick up the tickets. To say disappointed is an understatement. I am a patient customer who understands that in the food industry things happen but this was appalling.
