Firehouse Subs

Great customer service! I walked in at 9:01pm not realizing the store closed at 9pm. I was expecting to be asked to leave, but the gentlemen (Eugene and Demetri) were very friendly and didn't mind making that last sandwich and also helping me understand how to use my reward points, very patient. I ordered the fully loaded Engineer, it was delicious!

This place used to be great. Unfortunately I haven't eaten here in years, not because of Covid, but because their system is always down. Just about every time my family and I have gone there, were immediately greeted with an apology for their system being down and that they are unable to take orders. I know it's not the fault of any of the employees there, but how can I positively review a sandwich shop that is never able to make sandwiches?

I went here and it was horrible no one greeted me. And I was the only one in the store. I waited about 5mins still no acknowledgement then another customer came in then the lady from the back greeted and was about to take her order before I told her I was here first. Still no greeting. They didn’t ask if I wanted to donate nothing just rude. I didn’t even want to give them a 1 star. Definitely will not be going back to this Firehouse!!! -

I normally don't like to interact with people so I much rather like to place an order online but it says that this location is unavailable for online ordering, yet when I come here, it's super dead. As I'm ready to place my order at the 'order here' station, the employee just stands there and I'm normally used to being greeted since I'm a customer, so MacKenzie and I just awkwardly Stare at each other and I finally say hello and he doesn't say anything at all... the interaction was super awkward. Please train your employees, customer service is very important to me since it sets the mood

Unfortunately, this place has gone down the tubes. I have been a Firehouse Subs fan since their inception in Jacksonville, FL and had the privilege of being a customer at the original location. For starters, I understand that we are coming out of pandemic, and that supplies are low and there's a shortage in staffing everywhere, but you don't raise the prices and decrease the size of the order. Ordered a Hook & Ladder Medium and the sub was terrible. Mediums are supposed to be approximately 8" long. This was 6" at best, not to mention very light on ingredients. Secondly, the fountain drink machine was not working, the place was a mess, and the staff was engaged in personal conversations using fowl language with customers present. Too bad.

I have had some very distasteful interactions with rude staff in the past but after boycotting this location for 2 plus years and I find it still a dying location. The People are some nicer but it took 40 minutes make a sub with only 2 people ahead of me and you can't order on the app at this location. Don't waste your time. Iordered it to go and the guy forgot a bag and got bac and had to eat supe without a spoon. Also I ordered the sub fully involved as they call it and they only added myo no lettuce no tomato no mustard. Completely unsatisfied. This will be my last visit ever here.

I love this Firehouse Subs. They always make my orders exactly to my specification and have never made an error. That being said, I order from them through Doordash because it is difficult for me to leave the house. This firehouse tends to "turn off" their orders through Doordash at like 5PM or around then and it is really frustrating as they are actually open until 9PM. I called the business and they told me they do that when they are understaffed, but I find that response to be lackluster. I can't imagine a volume of dinner rush at a sandwich place somehow preventing them from taking a few more orders. Please reconsider this policy and take my money! I want firehouse for dinner and I want it delivered. lol. Best of luck to you. :)
