The Honey Baked Ham Company

Great ham and turkey. Staff is hit or miss. I went to pick up the Xmas meal I order every year for my staff. It was during slow hours with very few customers in the store. I go to leave after receiving my order and this lovely woman comes out of nowhere, blocks the door I was heading towards (the one I entered through, which was clear of other customers and right next to my vehicle, labeled "prepaid pickup" -which applied to me). She made me walk out a different door on the opposite side of the store, forcing me to walk all the way around the building with two very full armfuls of hundreds of dollars worth of food. As I walked passed the same door that I was not allowed to exit, the same woman was holding the door open for other guests exiting the building with a smile. She looked right at me while doing so, apparently pleased with herself for making me walk around. I guess she just didn't like me. Don't worry, I won't be back next year.

Not the Honey Baked of yesterday. Everything was organized. Lines divided by preorders and new purchases. Store was clean. Staff outside the door directing guests to proper lines. Instructions provided on how to serve my ham. Friendly workers seemed happy to be there. Was the Chick-fil-A of hams. 10 star service. In and out in 5 mins on the eve of Thanksgiving. Haven't ordered HB in years due to the mad rush but will order again and again. Oh and the ham was good too 😆

They were closing, lights being shut off. I don't think they knew I was there cause I had been waiting for a few minutes and I was calling out to the voices from the back. When someone came out from the back they looked surprised. But they did wait on me. They were nice and told me to take my time. So because they didn't react as if I was an interference in their nightly activities, I was very pleased with the customer service. I started apologizing to them for stopping them from leaving. 😃
