Daddy Billy's Delicatessen

We have been fans of Daddy Billy’s for the last several years but unfortunately the quality has gone down. I ordered to go on 4/15. There was chunks of hamburger in my shrimp tacos where clearly the grill hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t eat beef so it was a big disappointment when I couldn’t finish my food. It was in all 4 of the tacos.

Could have been a lot better. We ordered fried mushrooms and they came out looking great,BUT THEY WERE FROZEN IN THE MIDDLE. They did however fix it. Then they were super hard on the outside. I got the chicken tacos. There were 4 in an order. They looked fantastic and full. Well they were full of Lettuce. There had to be one small piece of grilled chicken cut up and split between the 4 tacos. I tasted chicken one time. It did taste good, but I was disappointed. The jalapeño ranch was the best part of this experience! There were only 2 other people in the restaurant when we were there. Our total was 35 dollars. So not worth it. Not sure that we will be back.

Third time was not a charm! Food is okay but service sucks. We placed order for drinks & food. Waitress basically disappeared afterwards. Kitchen staff brought our food & then replaced our onion straws since they were cold &, got our side of mayo. Waitress never returned to check on us, no offer of drink refills; she was more concerned with chatting with her friends. She could barely bring us our check. Tip went to kitchen staff--personally. Our other two visits weren't much better--no returns
