Good place to get a coffee. Loads of different seating options. You can watch som tv if you want to, otherwise some quieter areas are available. The coffee is a bit better priced and the staff are quite friendly and polite. The coffee cups have a part on them where the mouth piece will stop spills. You can get a loyalty card for coffees to. Nice casual place to sit and relax.

I highly recommend avoiding this hungry jacks at all costs, all the staff are rude. I went there at 10:15 and ordered on the app. I paid for it all and went to the drive through, I waited 5 mins at the speaker and no one came up so I went to the second window. There were Adleast 5 staff in there all ignoring me. They saw I was there but were to rude to even come to the window. I was waving and everything, so I drove around and went to the front door and they were closed, it says on the app,google and Uber they close at 11:00, I was waving my order number in my phone at them and still they were looking at me and not doing a thing. Until they realised I was not leaving so one came over and said they were closed. I said no you are not you don’t close till 11:00 I already paid for my order. And they still said we are closed and I had to call corporate. There was even an Uber there waiting at the front door because they had an order they could not receive because they were closed. The location does not deserve to still be in operation. Closing 40 mins ealry is not acceptable when everywhere says they close at 11:00pm

Drive thru is an absolute joke!! Has taken 26mins so far and I’m still parked up in a bay waiting for my order of 1 burger and chips. This is the furthest thing ever from fast food and If I hadn’t already paid I wouldn’t be here. Will not ever come back. Absolutely appalled by this service (or lack of)

Came in for a quick lunch date with my boyfriend. Now we’re not vegan but since Hj’s removed the veggie patties from their selection we’ve now had to choose the option of the vegan patty. Our local hungry jacks never charges us for changing the patty so it was a shame this one did. McDonald’s actually removes the cost of the patty if you have the original one removed and ads a price for the new patty. Because the manager started making the vegan patty before I had finished my order she didn’t know she’d need to make 2 patties, so it took longer for our burgers to be made. Order was taken at 11:25am: The girl out the front Elle or Ella, got our drinks ready just after taking the order and left them sitting on the counter, I took the picture 9 minutes after she had finished making them. Eventually got our order at 11:43am. There was only a few pieces of ice in the Orange juice which had pretty much all melted, the cocoa pops thickshake was not thick but rather just milky and slightly warm from sitting there, the cocoa pops inside the milk had gone completely soggy and kept blocking up the straw. So the drinks were not worth the extra charge. Only one straw dispenser had straws and the table top where napkins are is very sticky. But it was a very big hungry jacks, one of the biggest we’ve actually seen. But will unfortunately not be returning.
