Domino's Pizza

We got 2 medium pizzas on the 5.99 for 2 items coupon 2 toppings. What I love about Domino's is that the marinara sauce is wet and robust. Its not too sweet its not too pasty it feels like someone made that sauce fresh that day from their garden tomatoes. The cheese has a more aged distinctive taste. Their mushrooms were fresh not canned whole slices that wilted like they were grilled. Their onions were sliced and wonderfully browned and golden with excellent flavor. We had our pizza with the hand made pan pizza crust adding 2 dollars more per pizza but volumewise and flavorfully worth it. It was all done quickly. The boxes were very nice comparing to many other pizza boxes. Pictured is the mushrooms and special boxes, also the guarantee of 2 layers of cheese all the way to the edge for less pizza crust waste. 😋

Bad - Pizza under cooked and not hot or warm, not cut all the way through or aligned evenly, cashier was surprised when I gave cash to pay for the pizza instead of CC or other payment platform and was GENUINELY confused when presented with $9 in ones for a $8.47 order, as if he had never handle cash before in his life! It was half comical, half sad to watch him struggle for a minute in half counting 9 $1s over and over, and then having to inform him the change was 53 cents, two quarters and three pennies. Good - The pizza was ready on time and the portion size of toppings was plentiful.

I really don't know why I keep bothering. They take absolutely forever. I can't remember a time I've ordered and not had something missing or wrong. Tonight one of our boxed was on its side next to the doorstep like it was just dropped there. Also, I get contactless delivery and I appreciate it. But that doesn't mean you can't let us know it's here. It was also supposed to tell me when they driver was close but it didn't. I don't know how long it was outside on the ground but it was long enough for ants to get in the boxes. And we're missing our soda. 6 years of ordering from here. Probably at least 100 orders. And never once have they gotten it right! I once had to drive up to the store for them to fix my order only to have them make the same mistake and have to remake it a second time. Turns out pizza hut is open until midnight so I guess we really don't need to bother with Domino's here. I'll use my free pizza points when I finally move back to Colorado. Mistakes happen, but every single time??Seriously?

The service ridiculous, waste of money time and time again! They try pass crusts with ones that are not what you order! The cook is sloppy and there is not any quality in any of the pizzas made! Burnt Pizza, Burnt Brownies, Half the amount of sauce on boneless specialty chickens, and they ARE old and dry as heck, can hardly chew them.! This order was thrown together so quick and sloppy it was over topped with everything. I want a pizza with the right amount of sauce like I ordered, LIGHT! and Even amounts of cheese and normal amount of topping that I order! The right amount of those main ingredients are what make a PIZZA a PIZZA! anything else just RUINS IT! I did call in this time to complain, enough is enough, The Manager did make it look very edible this time and it LOOKS right....the cinnamon twists were excellent, fluffy, soft and delicious! I am Thankful at least one thing turned out right. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place....at least not with the same prep or line cook they had that time or the last few times either. The first one and the replacement, what a huge difference. The manager should be on the prep or cookline! she actually knows quality and how to do part of her job right. lol UPDATE I ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE CLOSING SAID LAURA STARTED PREPING ORDER. THEN I RECIEVED A CALL STATING THEY ARE CLOSED AND THE ORDER WOULDN'T BE FUFILLED. I ASKED SO YOUR CLOSING EARLY HUH? SHE SAID YES, AS A BUNCH OF HOLLERING COULD BE HEARD AS I ASKED IF MY CARD WOULD BE REFUNDED. SHE SAID YES, BUT HAVENT SEEN IT YET

We ordered our pizzaS two hours ago… called and inquired, nothing is ready nor did they seem to know what to do nor have anyone there whom could appropriate business adequately. Perhaps another half hour to an hour. Thanks Twin Falls Dominos! Must be a Mother’s Day special!! But I seriously doubt it.

Each time I have ordered since I moved here, I have ran into issues, particularly with the delivery process. This most recent time, my order didn't show it was sent for delivery, I wasn't reached at my alternate contact method, and my order was wrong and cold. I have liked Domino's for years but now that I've moved from the treasure valley, I think I need to start finding somewhere else to go through
