Papa Kelsey's Pizza And Subs

Definitely the best hot subs in town! They make their own bread and it's amazing! The staff is always so friendly and the manager is amazing as well! She goes out of her way to be friendly and say hello even when she is busy. I've been going there for over 30 years and it has always been consistently great! I would be so sad if they ever closed down! Support local!

We do not have great pizza in Twin Falls. Papa Kelsey's is probably our best. They do have great toppings and combinations. The short fall is in their crust. It's ok, but mediocre at best. Yet their sandwiches are totally fantastic. I buy both fairly often. If you can afford it, buy the large size Italian sandwich with a small cheese pizza. It is plenty for two and super good.

I went to pick up a couple sandwiches, one steak and on meatball. I've been there a couple of times before and always bought myself the meatball. This time, I get it home and there are peppercinis on my meatball with sausage too. YUCK!! WHO EATS PEPPERCINIS ON A MEATBALL SANDWICH? Definitely NOT me. I called and spoke to some woman who I guess was the Manager. She's kept talking over me, wouldn't listen and had no empathy at all. She was rude and inattentive and kept telling me that she couldn't hear me. That's because she kept talking over me. Terrible customer service. I've never gotten peppercinis on that sandwich when I've ordered it. NEVER! She tried to tell me that the meatball comes with them. NO it doesn't. I think they sold that place to someone else because the Owner that I've met in the past was super nice and he always made my meatball sandwich for me. I don't recommend this place to anyone and I think I will just go to Subway for my meatball sandwich from now on. No one eats peppercinis on a meatball. They're overthinking it! It's pretty simple to me. She gave me a credit for another meatball sandwich. NO THANKS! I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE HORRIBLE!

1st time.. Wow. When I went in for lunch, the cashier was not polite at all, all of the staff was in a bad mood. They were arguing about who was going to deliver a pizza. When I got my food to go, I didn't get a thank you, have a nice day or go kick rocks. The pizza sauce was tomato sauce. The salad, well how can you go wrong with lettuce and a few toppings? With that type of service I won't be giving them a second chance.
