Beyti Kebab Restaurant

First of all the only reason I didn’t give 1 star is the decoration is nice(finally those blue walls are gone!) and they are under new management so maybe they need more time to settle BUT! There is a big but! We went there yesterday for dinner around 5:30 and there was no customer inside. The waitress was upset to see us as we disturb her(Her name is Zeynep), and she was careless and rude toward us. No smile nothing. I would not leave her any tip but the other waitress was sweet so I left a tip. And if I need to talk about food. I’m really sad to say that but the food was the worst food I have had in any Turkish restaurant so far. We ordered eggplant salad with tomato sauce as appetizer and didn't like it. As the main course, we ordered lahmacun which tastes really like something but not lahmacun(but it comes with a nice salad). It comes 3 pieces we only ate 1 because we were so hungry. And my husband ordered doner and Adana mix, Adana was nice tasty at least but the gyro! What kind of gyro was that? That thick and tasteless gyro in a nice restaurant? Honestly, I just ate the small appetizer plate they bring on the house that has cheese, olive, some thick yogurt, and cacik. Cheese and thick yogurt were so good with bread. Thank god they brought that plate otherwise we would leave that place with an empty stomach. Overall, the decoration and the vibe are really nice, some employees need a really serious talk, food is not good. Not recommend!

I'd give it 5 stars for the food but in good conscience, I had to reduce this rating for the lack of service. This low rating has nothing to do with the amount of time it took for my order to be taken, but everything to do with what happened after my order was served: the server never returned to ask if I wanted something to drink, or if I wanted more water, when my order was served, I asked for more rice, it never arrived, nor was I ever asked if everything was okay, nothing. I was never attended to throughout my entire time seated at the table (although other patrons [of Turkish background] were attended to constantly as I patiently watched). The server was also a little upset that I didn't leave a tip, I wonder why?

The food was really awesome but why 2 stars!? When I got the check I saw they have charged me an extra amount for service!! And then it had tip recommendations!!! I was like :| I really didn’t get it, either change the prices on your list or take out that service fee, I would give more tip if you don’t charge for service fee! Tip is for the workers but I’m not sure who gets the service fee. Other than that, Restaurant was really good, food was great and workers was very nice, sorry for 2 stars I hate being unclear about something, you need to put a note about the service fee at least, not like banks that put a very small note that you can never find it!

I am new in this region and trying each Turkish restaurants around. This restaurant is far better from all other Turkish restaurants with its design. Name of restaurant is Beyti Kebap which is one of my fav kebab's name and ofcourse I ordered one and it was delicious. I don't care much the salad and other sides of kebaps. I also ordered Cacik before kebap and it was really good. And as usual, at the end Turkish tea is best. Over all, i liked here and will visit again to taste other dishes😊

Senol Kolcuoglu, one of the best masters in Turkey, is the most natural restaurant where you can eat delicious Adana kebab and Cop Shish and special salad. Especially ask for master Senol. The service side definitely needs to be improved. I give 5 stars, I do not evaluate the service. 5 Star master and his delicious food..Thanks Senol Kolcuoglu!

The service that I received was straight up 5 stars. The food was an excellent quantity and was absolutely delicious. If your looking for good service, and good food, I really recommend this place. I was eating here with my family and my sister started joking to the waitress and said it was my brothers birthday, (it actually was) then after maybe 30 minutes we all finished our food, and we were waiting for the check, but then the waiter put a plate in front of us and we all were questioning why, then 3 minutes later, they played the happy birthday song and sang happy birthday to my brother and have us dessert and said it was on the house. I love this place and I love the service. I really recommend this place.
