There's always some kind of problem with this papa John's either it's ordering on the phone or uber eats. But they miss up almost every single order I get from them. And it's kinda annoying, and if they mess up they want to try and give you someone else's messed up order 🙄 ordered a regular chesse pizza and I get thin crust I can't eat thin crust due to braces and this is the second time they have done this like wth.

Disappointed, on order#968682955 > it arrived late and COLD, I called from the app, the number didn’t worked. I called the store directly, I received customer support center and said they couldn’t connect with the store. They said a manager was going to call me, and I’m still waiting 🤔🤔🤔🤔 not ordering from Papa John’s again 🤷♂️ too expensive for delivery just to get a late and COLD pizza.

Excellent and convenient place to order your pizza and sides via app; pick up and go. There are only a few chairs and one table to eat in if that's what you'd like to do. For "fast food" pizza, Papa John's is generally much better than Pizza Hut. Papa John's app is also super well-developed.

I love papa John's pizza. It has a good good taste. I also love their jalapeños that put in pizza boxes. If you came here you have to try cheddar bacon stuffed cheesestix.

I am an Uber eats delivery worker. When I went to this Papa John's to pick up my order I was asked by a Papa John's employee behind the counter, where is his tip for handing me the order. Well sir here is a tip I have for you. Maybe try handing me the correct order instead of asking me "a delivery worker" for a tip!!! I mean what's going on Papa John's? Are you not paying enough money to your employees?!? The nerve smh

Very unprofessional . All the sudden they don't deliver to Union City after more than 20 past deliveries to my house hold. Jersey City burns the food and is not of my preference . Union City has always been my go to but now theyre on some stupidness and don't deliver to my area . Never again will i order from them they've lost a good customer who pays more than 60 dollars each delivery plus tips so sad for them

🔥 HOT and FRESH!😋 Food was delicious I'll be ordering again soon, I got a large cheese stuffed crust pizza with sausage and bacon with a side of garlic knots it was perfect, Delivery was fast too 🙌🏼

When I made a order for my food online my food was already cold won’t even warm temperatures I really disappointed with Papa John’s they way treat customers. What’s made worse is when I call the store to explain what happened the manager and customer hang up on me. I would never ordered from this location again😡😡😡😡😡.
