I ordered over the phone and when I received my order I was missing a large order of chicken wings. I called back he said I did not pay for it (I know I did because I used my debit card) I was willing to pay for my order of chicken wings again over the phone (don’t judge me I’m pregnant) but he refused to use my card because the minimum is $10. I said to him you’re going to lose a customer over an error YOU made. So disappointed because they are one of the better Chinese restaurants around here.

I celebrated my graduation last night in this excellent restaurant. Well it was a terrific evening and the place was unquestionably the reason for the happy gathering. The stuff helped in a graceful manner, the cooking was yummy and my guests were extremely cheerful. We shall surely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I normally order off the phone from them and they usually are tasty and delicious ( especially their pork fried rice) however there are times were they have not heated up their food properly (heating it up in their microwaveable containers for 1 minute does the trick). However, the reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because they are now recently charging their customers a .50 cent surcharge if you pay over the phone with your card. And all of my orders are over 10 dollars so to be honest I find it ridiculous and has made me want to order from another restaurant.

There's a $18 minimum on debit cards, that isn't advertised anywhere in the store. I ordered fried shrimp and fried rice and the rice was salty, and cooked well enough. The fried shrimp was okay to say the least although it did look like old panko breading. There was only one women attending costumers while plenty of other staff members/family were lounging about. I did see a kid in the kitchen. Not the best place to get food.

Food is decent. Nothing to rave about. The lady taking orders over the phone was polite. The man on the other hand was very rude. I had to spell out my street address 5 times and HE was the one who got frustrated with me. He hung up on me before even taking my CC# down. Last time I'm ordering from this place. To the delivery guy/ guy on the phone: Your inability to understand simple English doesn't give you the right to get pissed off and hang up on your customers. There are PLENTY of other Chinese restaurants around the area.

This restaurant used to be amazing for about ten years straight. The food was CONSISTENTLY great and always the same taste and quality. A few months ago they changed all the cooks and it now sucks pretty bad. Not even close to the taste and quality from before. I wish I knew where the other cooks went, so I can go there instead. Threw away the last three meals I bought. Waste of money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! They are mean and unfair. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice for my son. We do not eat pork so I know for a fact that we did not order pork fried rice. I specifically said white rice. When I called nicely to ask them to please bring the white rice I ordered and that I would return the untouched pork fried rice the woman LAUGHED AT ME and said she would not do that and that if she did she would have to make me pay for the white rice THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I told her this did not make any sense and that my son was hungry and could only eat the white rice that I had ordered and paid for. She refused to do so, instead yelled at me and cursed at me.

they dont know what they're doing. i ordered boneless chicken with french fries. i specifically said BONELESS CHICKEN and they give me some boneless ribs with french fries, and then when i confronted them about the mistake they said we don't have boneless chicken. but the first time i ordered it she repeated the order back to me never telling me that they didnt have boneless chicken. i paid and got the wrong order.
