Chipotle Mexican Grill

They put a chunk of meat in my veggie order and when I chatted with their customer service to have the store manager call me, they could not accommodate that request. It is fair to ask to speak to a store manager to know what went wrong and to see that issue does not get repeated. If chipotle really cares about customer feedback, they should have the store manager call me

Avoid this location if you are ordering through the app. I ordered online through the app. Bowl size was half of what I usually get in any other Chipotle with just few pieces of protein. Fajita veggies were totally missing and portions were smaller and almost no protein ! I never ran into this situation in any of the Chipotle locations in the last many years and the 100s of bowls that I have ordered so far. When I asked why the bowl looks like half of what I get elsewhere, the store manager did not even bother to address my question. She was trying to just move on. I had to contact the customer care to get the credit back.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I made the mistake of using the Chipotle app and they completely messed up my order. Not only was my order wrong, the food looked disgusting, looked like it was someone's leftovers and not edible. It looked like dog food. I dumped it straight in the trash. When I called to speak to the manager about my order, he was a total jerk. Instead of helping me try and correct the order, he was rude and condescending as if it was my fault. Wow....cannot believe he's a manager.

Super rude employee with the glasses, she did not inform us that the masks were ABSOLUTELY mandatory. We were vacationing and our current state does not require them and neither have most of the shops we had visited including a recent Chipotle near our hotel. ANYWAYS, she saw us waiting in line for over 15 minutes and informed us that she would not serve us since we did not have a mask when we were up in line instead of telling us before we waited. She was also giving out unbelievably small portions of food and other customers seemed to be upset about this as well. On top of the fact that she was using a dirty rag to wipe the counters and she was wiping the food from those counters onto the food that was being used for the bowls and the burritos. DEFINITELY avoid!

I went in here around 7 pm to get 2 veggie bowls and spent around 30 minutes in line only to find out that they were out of both fajita veggies and guac! It seems like they just don’t care about vegetarians, they didn’t even have any notice or signage letting people know about this - at least it could have saved me 30 minutes if I knew this upfront. I spoke to the manager as well and he just didn’t seem to care. Came out hungry after wasting more than 30 minutes, would not come back here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially vegetarians!

I’m tired of this chipotle rationing how many pieces of rice, lettuce, beans you get with your order. Stop being so cheap. This is the only chipotle store that doesn’t fill your bowl when ordering. In fact I’ve noticed sometimes they will pour half a protein scoop rather than the full. I’ve contacted chipotle corporate and filed a complaint. Hope they fix it. If not, then I’ll wait and have my chipotle salad bowl when I get back to San Diego where they don’t penny pinch on their portions. Update: if you don’t have a mask, they might not serve you. They served two white folks without mask. When they saw me not wearing a mask they refused to serve me. Spoke to supervisor Alex and reported to chipotle. This store genuinely sucks. Castro valley chipotle way chiller folks and cool.

The service is slomo I mean omg. I was there for almost 30 mins. So far has the worst customer service. Even their pickup station was so behind. The cashier was just waiting there instead of helping out. The two server guys are so slow like literally slow. Only one cook in the kitchen too. Quite messy kitchen. This will be my first and last time here. They need to work on their service.

I ordered a burrito from here today. When I finally decided to eat it it was sooooo spicy! I mean HOT!!!! I dont know how made my burrito, but it's too hot to eat, I mean it's that hot. Next time I'm going to have to try my food before I leave, because this is ridiculous! I can't even finish this burrito. I wasted my money! I tried stuffing the black beans in to cover up the heat, but that didn't even work.
